  • Remove Pornographic Suggestive Ads From App!!!

    Recently, this app began displaying sexually suggestive photos along the bottom of the open app. This is disgusting and needs to stop. Apple, can you stop in here? Now half naked men photos appear before sign on screen appears. Then sexually suggestive photos of women are displayed. This vendor is a sick pervert and MIPC should be removed from the Apple app store!!

  • Extremely buggy

    Software is extremely buggy. Camera quality is very good, but extremely difficult to manage. And the fact that it only takes a 64 GB or smaller SD card is extremely inconvenient. I wish they would come out with software or firmware that would allow larger storage size. Hopefully this update will allow me to use this camera as I have had it sitting for a year unable to use it. Also, the motion activation feature is too sensitive. If a stray cat walks by, it’ll set off an alert. The hardware itself is good quality, but that is a little use when the software to manage it is absolutely atrocious.

    I’m trying to redownload the app and log in. It’s saying that My email address isn’t the right one but, when i tried to create a new account it’s saying that my email is already registered. To the garbage you go. I am highly upset.

    The camera hardly stays connected to WI-FI at all. I have used the the the cloud storage and it doesn’t work well at all. I have SD storage and it won’t even allow you to view more than one day of history since this last update without trying to mess with it and even if you pick a day to view a month ago it won’t pull it up. The cameras are great but the software is total garbage. It makes me think they are doing this on purpose because it’s that bad continuously!!!! Every update gets worse and worse. If you are looking to buy one these cameras…do yourself a favor and don’t!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

    Cloud storage has never worked but I’ve paid for it twice now. The customer service via the app is non existent! The camera gets really hot and doesn’t stay connected to WiFi very well. Been trying to work with customer service through Amazon app but no fix yet. Really frustrated with this camera and this app and want my money back for both!

    I just bought this 2 days ago. And haven't really opened it for 12 hours. I was so happy at first because of the price and the quality of it. But after 6 hours of using it, it turned our Dark and blank. I'm not able to see the live feed anymore. I wanna return it. It's too much hassle.

    Great when it works. One camera no longer connects. App can’t display camera images when you task switch back to app. Have to restart app. Example of the types of bugs you’ll find in this app.
