Very good driver

This feedback is for Lyft’s development team, and probably not for users. I tried to submit this issue via the ‘support’ and ‘contact us’ sections of both the app and the website, but neither would let me submit app feedback. They both funneled me only into specific feedback categories for ride/driver feedback, and then dead-ended me there, even when I clicked “not helpful/unresolved.” So an inability to even submit feedback is a bonus issue. The actual issue that prompted this was the app’s inability to add more than one extra stop. I needed to be picked up at my home, driven to a location where I would pick up a key, taken to another location where I would pick up a second key, and then taken home. Each stop was maybe a minute, just grabbing a key. Because the app wouldn’t allow myself or the driver to extend the trip, my driver sped off as soon as he dropped me. It’s not his fault, as he of course was pinged by his next ride. So I hailed another Lyft. My 2nd Lyft picked me up at my 2nd stop. The driver was taking me home when I realized I needed to loop back to the 2nd location because I had forgotten something with the whole key juggling mess. This would have been simple if the driver or myself were able to edit the ride, but since he weren’t, he had to simply end the ride back at my 2nd location and each of us confirmed our safety when the app noticed the ride didn’t go as plotted. He of course sped away to catch his next ride, unable to add an option to simply wait for me. (Again, not his fault, but rather the app’s shortcoming.) So once I had picked up the last item of my errand at the 2nd location, I then had to summon a 3rd Lyft. The whole mess took much more time and cost much more than necessary. I used to drive for Uber years ago. Changing destinations or adding stops was not difficult. This was such an annoying experience that I’m back to considering Uber as a regular option.

We have absolutely enjoyed our drivers and the prompt attendance. We were told to take a Taxi from Airport, I suggest don’t listen to them take a lyft.

The app did not let me choose the pick up area desired and it also gave the driver bad directions for pick up.

It’s shocking honestly- regardless of the time of day, can never get a ride.
