  • Checking your credit daily

I love this app because I’m able to check my credit score daily with no impact whatsoever on my credit score which is a plus and it helps you by finding the best credit cards to help build up your credit score and it gives you tips on how to utilize them to best help your score I recommend this to everyone who has no credit , bad credit , even good credit scores. When I started credit karma my score was extremely bad I was at 360 which was considered very bad but now 2 years later it’s over 600 and climbing in a couple more months it’s going to be over 700’s perfect for buying a new house which is my goal what’s yours? I hope this helps your decision on getting credit karma
  • Mint was better

The navigation of this app, constant bugs, and not being able to link to Robinhood has been infuriating since the switch happened this year for millions who used Mint. While mobile friendly using the app is poor in comparison to Mint and I have limited control over accessing my student loan accounts.

I used to look in one place for all my accounts on Mint. It was so easy to use. With Credit Karma it’s not as accurate. It duplicates some of the accounts and doesn’t update as frequently as Mint. Maybe it’s just working the kinks out but I don’t like it nearly as much as Mint.
  • Mint was so much better

There are so many reasons why mint was better. But not being able to see account transactions, the visualizations, usability, ability to connect information etc was all easier with mint. Thinking to switch to monarch, simplifi, rocket money, empower etc
  • The net worth is incorrect

The net worth on the front page shows a different number than if i open it in a separate page. It looks like an easy fix but nothing has happened for the past six months. The app promises they will get the house value right but no good news so far. Still double counted

I like getting the updates when anything changes on my credit or if they have something to offer I think that’s great. It’s just that I’m trying to pay off bills so I don’t wanna take any offers you send me thank you.
  • Terrible functionality and full of ads

As a Mint user for 8 years I was dismayed with the forced move to CK. Tried it out and it was awful. Not only is the functionality gone, it doesn’t update fast enough to reflect real time debits and credits and is full of ads! It just felt icky to use feeling like my data was being sold, and being plied with credit cards I have no need for. Don’t know how this has 4.8 rating. I suspect they bought 5 star reviews. Don’t trust it and avoid! Shame on whoever destroyed Mint.

I have to constantly relink my accounts to even see how my net worth is changing and when I do this it doesn’t give me a good idea on how I’m doing because it isn’t updating in real time
  • Mint was an awesome app.

And then they were bought out or merged or whatever and they decided to no longer allow you to use that app and now you have to use this piece of garbage, which is just a bunch of advertisements and it makes it really really really hard to find easily the information you actually want. really frustrating. Screw you credit Karma. I’ll just go back to doing it manually because it’s faster and I don’t have a ton of freaking ads. I miss mint. I used that for what a decade? It was awesome. Thanks for nothing.
  • Security Issues…

While the LAST 4 digit my Social Security number are correct, as is my date of birth, your security causes me to NOW PERMANENTLY DELETE this application! Thanks for saving me the headaches…
