First, let me say I thoroughly enjoy this game & have been “playing” for MANY years. Well, I like it, other than the endless pop-ups when you open the game (Play this! Play that!). It takes two minutes to shut them all down to get to the point of play. SUPER frustrating! That said, I know these casino games can become addictive, so I began logging in to collect the daily/hourly bonuses for months at a time, in order to save up enough to play without spending actual money. While the games themselves are extremely fun, I’d burn through those months of savings (say five million tokens give or take) in one sitting & that’s betting conservatively. This last Holiday Season, I purchased a Challenges Pack & won BIG (to the tune of 400 million+). Throughout the holiday, I played every challenge & had a blast! The win/lose ratio seemed even enough for me to maintain a steady token balance & just have a great time doing so. Maybe it was just a “lucky streak”, as after the holiday, it was NOTHING but LOSE. I literally lost 300 million in a few hours of playtime (and that’s with very reasonable bets). The challenges have become a trap for me & I will no longer play them. Now, I’m back to betting VERY SMALL amounts (to save what little remains), and am still on a seemingly endless losing streak. So, I’m back to logging in to collect daily/hourly bonuses & save back up. Maybe the holidays are it for me as far as playing the actual game. True to form slots. The house ALWAYS wins. Be careful/ responsible & good luck! In regards to the developer response, my experience was as follows: the months of November through most of January (holiday season), a fair balance of wins & losses - I could maintain that large wallet the entire duration, playing DAILY. After that period, it’s been nothing but losses. Difficult to believe it’s “based on chance”, but maybe I went from 3 months of good luck, to absolutely no luck at all. Tried playing a few hours today, and lost another 40 million. Only 60 left. Are you REALLY sure “that big win is just around the corner”? I’m not so sure… Certainly not until I have to Re-Up $$$ & given how fast it goes, I won’t be doing that. It’s been fun. See you next holiday season! That’s apparently my lucky time.

We love this app and we love playing these games but the pop-ups as soon as we open it we get pop-ups I counted 7 pop-ups just to be able to collect my hourly bonus. It’s so annoying. Sometimes we’re in a hurry and we just wanna go in and play for a few minutes, but we get all these pop-ups. If we wanted to buy stuff we would just go to the store and buy it. Can you please stop the pop-up it’s enough to make you stop playing the game.

The game was fun now it’s not. They literally spam u with pop up’s to buy things and plays promos, pop ups after u play a game, pop ups in the lobby, even after u just saw the same pop ups prior to closing out a game. Will uninstall because this is ridiculous

Deleting this app. Wins are scarce, even when you buy multiple packages daily. All of the challenges are made for you to lose your tokens. And forget about the Lucky Pins. You won’t get the rare ones, even when they claim that “you will only receive the rare pins” within a certain time (usually 24 hours). I literally only got lucky pack and it didn’t have any new pins. I’m done spending actual money on this app. It’s not worth it.

This app is such a freaking joke. There’s no way to make any points. Out of 2,000,500 points I never seen one bonus

I become very frustrated with their games. You have to spend tens, even hundreds of thousands of points per spin to be eligible for any type of bonus and you spend millions of points with very little return. If I bid low, where I cannot play the bonus if I land on it, I win bonuses. I’m looking for a better website. Plus, I get better points for my money value on my iPad, but not my desktop. Go figure.

I enjoy playing GSN games,and so does my wife. She and I wish we could share tokens but maybe in the near future. Recently a glitch in their game caused a token loss. Basically, customer service said they couldn’t confirm it. That means they are stating I lied even after I sent a picture of it. I love the game but buyer beware!
