  • Please fix

The app itself works great, but the widgets won’t update anymore. I am much more likely to open the app if I see a new interesting article appear on the widget, but for several days it has not received any updates. I tried removing and re-adding the widget and now it’s just - blank box. Please fix! Also, some kind of in-app feedback would be nice so I don’t have to use App Store reviews to report things like this.
  • Good But Sharing Needs Work

Works well to read, but the Facebook sharing option is always broken in some way.
  • Doesn’t have notifications

Apparently this app doesn’t have push notifications or any way to update you if there’s new stuff in your feed. I consider this core functionality of an app like this (or any app honestly) and will be deleting it in favor of another app.
  • Terrible customer service

Good luck trying to reach anyone if you want to cancel. Try another service.
  • Constant Timeouts and Fails

A long time user of the app. Unfortunately, for most of the past year, the app hangs and shows red timeout errors almost 100% of the time when attempting to mark a number of articles as Read. Requires closing, reopening, and quickly marking articles as Read. Have tried updating, reinstalling with no improvement. Happens on both iphone and ipad. Why is this so hard?
  • Excellent news aggregate, needs one more tweak

We need the ability to block headlines/articles about any given individual or company. For example, let's say I didn't want to see another article about a particular politician. I should be able to enter their name in a block list and never see another headline or article about them. >>>>>Wouldn't that be marvelous?<<<<<

Why do I have to log in so much? This app has more security than my bank
  • Ok but seriously flawed

As a news aggregator, it works ok most of the time. However, it struggles with basic functionality. Stories marked as “read” display again on the front page after refreshing the feed, which is frustrating.
  • Usable for some, not for me

While I think the 50 feed limit for most rss users is reasonable given that I use it to follow tumblr accounts it’s not useful at only 50. Additionally the AI features are pointless (and yes I follow threat intel and related topics, still pointless) and the app nags you too much to use them.
  • Newsletter Email is Broken

I have been using Feedly for a long time and one of the main reasons I PAY for upgraded service is to have newsletters I follow emailed directly to my Feedly account. Unfortunately, the unique emails their app generates contains a large number of random letters, numbers, and characters before the @ that many newsletter email services refuse to recognize as a valid email. I have brought this to Feedly’s attention a couple of times and they email me a complicated work around using Gmail. I remind them that I PAY for this service, yet they seem uninterested in fixing the problem.
