  • Bad App, Zero star rating

**Update** this app got worse! -3 stars now. I keep the app because I hope a logical person will take over and make it useful. However, I can’t even get into the app now, a screen pops up that reads, open settings, and that’s it. No other options, I change settings and still can’t enter the app. I’m curious to see how bad this app can continue to get. This is what you get when you have a monopoly. A slow app with more advertisements than any other app I’ve ever experienced. Example: wanted to watch a 20 yard touchdown run highlight, the app played a 30 second commercial first. The commercial was crystal clear but the highlight was out of focus so I tried to watch it again but the 30 second commercial started back up, no thanks. I also attempted on multiple occasions to watch nfl game pass through this app, it never works. It won’t allow me to watch the games I want. Then when I select any game just to check if it will play it states I’m not authorized to watch live-streams, even if the game ended days ago. Lots of issues, they need better quality control.

Hate the fact that I can no longer use the app in landscape mode on my iPad

i can't access any information whatsoever unless i give full permission to track my location? you open the app, flip through a series of prompts, and hit a dead end.

I have requested help with this issue. I have seen others on verizon that have the same problem. Seems like an obvious issue that should be noticed and resolved in a more timely fashion.

Try to use this app and they want you to answer 1000 prompts and then adjust your setting. No thanks. The ESPN apps work just fine. Thank you for making it easy for me to finally delete the app. ☺️
  • The best they could do?

No Rosters, no depth charts, and you need location services enabled to watch videos. Are you kidding me?
  • Orientation

Portrait only orientation makes it not worth having anymore.
  • Totally ruined

Requiring location services on so you push content based on my location instead of my interests is overreach. Forcing me to have an account to get focused content is terrible. Time to uninstall
  • they finally figured it out

I wrote a review calling the app highway robbery about three months ago. At the time it was a complete joke and disaster of an app and not up to NFL standards…low and behold after about 5 years they rebuilt it for the ground up and it freaking works…across all devices….IMAGINE THAT. Thank you NFL for doing right by us loyal diehard fans
  • Continues to go downhill…

Previous versions of this app were much better than this latest version. This one is not as easy to use and not as easy to follow the teams you want to follow. Like so many other apps they’re going downhill. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start charging for this one down the road, because all the NFL seems to care about anymore is making money.
