    Terrible customer service it isn’t the easiest to get in touch with them! I booked a hotel room and had to cancel it so when I called it took multiple attempts to get in touch with anyone and when I did they stated that they would contact the hotel to cancel and get a refund but I had already contacted the hotel and received an email stating that I was not charged by the hotel so here I am weeks later still trying to get a refund that booking has charged me because they say they need something from the hotel stating I would not be charged which I have already received this agreement! Second I booked a rental car as well when I arrived at the site they said they did not have a car for me and stated that they called booking. I was never notified of this and then it took me forever to reach someone again because you need a confirmation number which I had and a PIN number which I did not receive. Use a different site or call directly.

    When it works, the service is great. In a latest update my account was logged out and the password reset feature doesn’t work. It won’t send an email link and over 10+ emails from Booking they cannot fix this.

    Booking.com is The Best travel-planning site. I rely on this app for all my travels, local and abroad, and have never been disappointed. So easy to use and the information is accurate and comprehensive. I especially appreciate being able to filter for my needs/preferences, such as “no prepayment required” and “free cancellation,” and having accessible-organized trip itineraries. Highly recommend Booking.com!

    I was so happy to be there. It’s very comfortable rooms and you feel at home. Because there is a kitchen and kitchen utensils as necessary. you can cook anything you want, everything is there. I highly recommend this place. 😻😻😻

    Worst site. Was charged in error. Was booked at a place that was non existent. Place I tried to book used this site incorrectly so they cancelled my booking

    My husband booked our flights in February 26 for a trip with friends in April. We got a confirmation email reference number flight information and they charged our card. When it came time to check in, the airline said “we can’t find your reservation please call.” So we called. It was canceled for non payment. Booking didn’t pay them. The airline canceled on February 29th. The airline suggested we call booking. When we called them we were told. “No it’s good. Let me look into this” after a brief hold. “Yes it was canceled on February 29th.” Booking took our money for the flight, Knew they didn’t pay the airline, knew it had been cancelled, but didn’t bother to notify the consumer or refund our money. All they were willing to do was say “sorry about that we can rebook you will have to pay the difference or we can just refund you.” When we said that was unacceptable this was their mess up. “We can file a report someone can get back to you in 12-48 hours.” When we were scheduled to leave in 72. Last minute tickets were $1600 more than what we had originally paid. Don’t use this service.

    Our stay in Lisbon could not have been better. Nathalie was so very gracious. She kept in contact with us, recommended sires to visit, places to eat and even made reservations for us. The apartment was very well supplied with everything we needed. It was just like home. Plenty of towels, washer/dryer. The full kitchen was well stocked with utensils, Dishes, spices, etc. the location was perfect for getting inexpensive Ubers or walking to several sites. I can’t express enough how wonderful our stay here was. Thank you Nathalie for making our trip of a lifetime to Lisbon truly special.

    The interior pictures are accurate. The rooms are clean and do not smell. Cable tv with Samsung tvs work pretty good and A/C units work great. The customer service and care is pretty great. The exterior however poses some serious needed situational awareness due to the fact that it is not the best neighborhood. As i am military i could also say there are suspicions characters walking around. The main door to your room is extremely difficult to close and lock. No microwaves in the room. They currently are requiring a CASH 60$ security deposit which you get back at the end of your stay. Bring your own because their towels are small.
