    After upgrade to Ver. 24.14 the app will not let me sign in. No text link is ever sent. IF a email does come to you…it will ignore your app and push you to the website which is also broken. My mail is not on a browser but a stand alone mail app. I would be happy to go back to the old version 24.10 or better yet the old enter a name and password and forget about text/email link. Note: yes I contacted tech service and after 10 days of poor service…and no fix…I may be ready to give up. My case was sent “up to higher level” so I will wait to see if I get any help.

    This app sometimes works, but often doesn’t. Worse, you can choose Apple Pay or PayPal as your payment method, but the app then REFUSES to accept these payment methods, what? .. you can set it up but the it says but supported AFTER you have entered all the parking data. And no way am I trusting these guys with my credit card. Go use PayByPhone which is a great app.

    For those of us that cant remember their IoS password at 5:30 in the morning, this app is very frustrating. Seems not uncommon that I get to jogging trail early in the morning but it wont let me park because it’s decided I need to upgrade, again. So then I have log on to computer to find where I wrote down my password and finally I get to update.Bad start to the day. How about only forcing an update if it is actually a crucial update. Thanks… Here’s another annoyance: 24.14.0 refuses to go away. I click update, and a week later it comes back asking for the same update.

    I had a truly disappointing experience with the ParkMobile app while parking in Miami Beach recently. I used the app to pay for parking until 7:06 PM, left the spot well before 6:30 PM, and still ended up receiving a parking ticket in the mail. This app's performance is nothing short of abysmal. To begin with, navigating the ParkMobile app was like trying to crack a secret code. The user interface is outdated and overly complex, making it a challenge just to input the parking zone and pay for the desired time. It's astonishing how such a basic task can be made so unnecessarily difficult. Despite diligently paying for parking until 7:06 PM and vacating the spot before 6:30 PM, receiving a parking ticket in the mail was a slap in the face. Clearly, the app failed to accurately record my payment or communicate with the parking authorities effectively. This oversight cost me not only money but also time spent disputing an unjust ticket. What's more infuriating is the lack of support from ParkMobile's customer service. Attempting to reach out to them for assistance was like shouting into the void. No response, no acknowledgment of the issue—just pure negligence on their part. In summary, the ParkMobile app is an absolute disaster. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this app for parking payments. It's unreliable, overly complicated, and backed by a customer service team that couldn't care less about resolving issues. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternative parking payment methods that actually work. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

    ParkMobile has started sending me promotional advertising via push notifications, and there’s no way to turn this off in settings (despite there being a notifications configuration page). This is a misuse of the notifications feature.

    It’s bad. Between the frequent updates, it doesn’t keep my password and somehow no longer accepts my method of payment. Of course I don’t know this until I have to park. I wish there was something better. How does this app have 4.8 stars? I don’t see any reviews that begin to reflect this rating.

    Why have an app if every time I open the app it needs to send me a link to my email to open and most of the time doesn’t let me pay. Also when it lets me it take so long. The whole purpose of an app is to make it easier and faster and this app does the opposite. If PayByPhone can do it why you can’t
