I really enjoy the ability to listen to news while I’m doing other tasks that don’t require much concentration. I do wish you had a way to automatically run through each of major stories automatically just as they are written. Not a brief overview but complete articles one after another. Your reporting is accurate, well written and your columnists are excellent. I really enjoy subscription. The comment section is fun as well. No complaints other than what I said above. This was my comment 6 to 8 months ago. And now I have it the way I asked. I read and listen to WP virtually every day. NYT has an audio app that is so cumbersome as to make it unusable for me. They bought Audm which was a superior audio app that allowed me to listen to articles from major magazines and also read them if I wanted to better understand something or read and listen together. Since they bought Audm, it’s impossible to listen to and lacks the coverage of Audm. I can now listen to WP to my heart’s content and can read any article that I want, with or without audio. Such a great addition to your newspaper! Now I have no complaints, only praise.

I had an issue with the “Live Feed” not updating new Live WAPO postings. I wrote to ask how that worked. I received back a Form letter telling me to clear cookies and change password. SO 1990’s! My specific question IGNORED. I will cancel after my first month and try The NY Times.
  • Format my only issue

I love the Post. I grew up in the DC area, and read it from an early age. I also read NYT, and the only area in which it is superior is the online format. WaPo sometimes seems to be designed to hide some stories. NYT lays more things out in full view and access to more is easier. That’s my one gripe, which is not a deal-killer, obviously, but probably why I always go to the competitor first. I love Jen Rubin, btw.
  • Biased coverage

Canceled subscription over biased coverage of stop antisemitism and campus protesters and their antisemitic leaning

The Post app works pretty well… with one exception. If I am reading an article and leave the app for a while, it doesn’t keep track of what I was reading and open on that article when I reopen the app. I like reading the digital paper copy and it doesn’t remember where I was on that. I have to scroll through pages to try to find where I was in the issue. Other than that, it’s very useful.
