What happened to being able to scan a bar code without being charged?
  • Ads are horrible now.

They run spam banner ads. I just was shown one that looked at first glance to be a flashing notification within the app. They have put formerly free functionalities like barcode scanning behind paywalls. I’m searching for alternatives to this app.

Been a while since I have used the app for meal tracking but since the last time things have changed. It’s still easy to use but now you have to pay for premium access to scan foods. This is not a complicated time consuming tool that required hours and hours of programming to get right. It’s just another way to increase revenue along with the incessant ads you have to pay to get rid of. Product just not the same. Disappointing.

I’ve recommended this to people and love it. It has helped me loose weight and understand that what i am eating isn’t the best and that i need to change what i eat.
  • Great for motivation!

Love the motivation I get from logging my food and seeing my exercise populate! I wish there were more options for entering in workouts and exercise, though. I don’t wear any sort of watch for fitness tracking so I don’t think it’s as accurate as it could be. However, I love the app and the information that it provides about macros and nutrients.
  • Cannot scan items

As much as I enjoy this app, not being able to get access to the scanner is simply rude. The price needs to be affordable if you want payment for using the application!

Definitely a great app for its purpose but the only problem is that it has problems connecting with other apps.

I’ve been using this app for 4 weeks now and it works perfectly. Track your calories with easy-to-enter meals/food, add your workouts and synch with your health app for easy step tracking. The app also automatically calculates extra calories for your daily total based on your workouts/steps. Very good and easy to use 💯
  • Recipes and Meals Not Working

I plan my days a week in advance. Until yesterday this was fine until halfway through the day the calories and macros said I was hundreds short with full meals in the app. It isn’t calculating something. Future days are fine until the middle of that day comes and the same thing happens. So frustrating. Why is it seemingly removing data but the data is actually there?
  • Annoying

The free version isn’t worth free. It’s all take (my attention and information) and no useful, user friendly give. A bombardment of pop up annoyances and ads while just trying to figure it out turned me right off.
