Description

Our top rated spam call blocker, robo call blocker & visual voicemail app will help you handle your phone calls better while protecting you against spam and robocalls. See for yourself why YouMail has won over a hundred awards for voicemail and spam protection and is trusted by over 10 million users to better answer billions of calls. THE FREE BASIC SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING AT NO CHARGE: * As the top free visual voicemail app in the US, our robocall blocker will block a spam call or robo call faster than other apps to prevent that spam call or robocall. * Every second a new spam number or robo call number starts up. Our call blocker updates multiple times per day to block a new robo call number the second it appears. * Not just a robocall blocker! Block any non robocall phone number using a personal blocklist. * A clean voicemail inbox. We either block the spam call or robo call or suspects are in your spam folder. OUR AWARD-WINNING CALL HANDLING IS ALSO FREE: * The highest quality voicemail to text and voicemail to email. * Give callers the experience they deserve with special personalized voicemail greetings only they hear. * Phone not on you? Check voicemail online or by email without your phone! * Save calls and voicemail forever. * Search calls and voicemail from the app or any web browser. * Organize leads, projects, or follow-up calls into folders. Save important voicemail forever. * Share voicemail, forward voicemail and reply to phone calls by email, SMS or a direct voicemail. We can provide our visual voicemail and robocall blocker for free as many users upgrade. YOU’LL LOVE OUR PREMIUM PHONE FEATURES: * Any spam call or robo call hears 'Number Disconnected' which gets you removed from spam caller lists. * Other robo call blocker apps engage a spam call which might sound fun but keeps you on spam call lists and encourages more spam and robo calls! * Need a second phone number or second line? How about several? Pick a vanity number or a local number from nearby area codes. * Add an auto attendant, virtual receptionist or e-receptionist with menus so callers can press a key to connect their call to a partner, assistant or any other phone number. * Add an after hours or weekend greeting on your main phone number or second number to our auto attendant or virtual receptionist. * Automated TXT replies make missed callers to your main phone or second number feel less ignored and less likely to call a competitor. * Automatically forward unread messages to a partner, spouse or any email so important phone calls aren't ignored. * Host conference calls without a meeting ID or passcode - callers call your virtual conference number and they're in. * Trusted by over 13 million users: "like Google Voice with better service or Grasshopper with a better app!" YOUMAIL VALUES PRIVACY! * Permissions requested only when needed (and no location permission needed). * Please enable YouMail under Call Blocking extension to block calls. (iOS Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification) * Free visual voicemail, spam or call blocker personal use for 30+ days will be supported by ads served by Google and Amazon. COMPATIBILITY: * Compatible with postpaid plans to upgrade AT&T voicemail, Sprint voicemail, T-Mobile voicemail, Verizon voicemail, StraightTalk voicemail and others. * Some prepaid plans, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Google Fi and Consumer Cellular don't widely support conditional call forwarding which prevents customers from using YouMail. ACTIVATION: * Activation dials carrier specific codes to forward a missed call to YouMail so we can block robo calls, block spam and provide visual voicemail. * BEFORE DELETING, Deactivate and Return to Carrier from Settings, otherwise calls still go to YouMail even without the app installed! • IT’S NOT FOR ME, BUT I WISH IT WAS

The app is free as long as you’re not professional of some sort. I added an llc to the end of my wife’s initials, hoping to build over time from this but this app wants businesses too pay. I’m not a business yet. But I’m not a business yet. It does distinguish between ROBOcalls really well. I love the app I just don’t have the cash to pay for it right now. 👍🏽

This is the perfect solution to both me and my wife’s cell phones. I have a paid subscription whereas my wife’s is the free account. They both kill all of the spam, scam on voice as well as messaging! I have used my cell phone number on just about all of our shared apps, so I figured I should try the one year subscription. I’m glad I did, I have more control in the settings. When you set up the app, follow all of the directions and it will set up perfectly. Kudos to the developers to make it easy to go from screen to screen to help you set it up properly. Rarely does a developer do this, on other apps you’re on your own to find what you need to change and where to find it. I had downloaded this app years ago, but always was concerned about allowing the app to go into my contact list. So I didn’t proceed with it. This time around, after some thought, it only makes sense to have your contact list added to make sure those calls go through. I really love the way I can have the blocked callers receive the voice message “you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. ”. So cool!
  • Nope, still getting relentless political texts

I downloaded this, and provided them with my contact info, in hopes that it would block the relentless political fundraising texts I’m receiving, but so far it hasn’t worked. Please, never give ANY politician or PAC your phone number or respond, and for God’s sake don’t give them a dime unless you want your phone blowing up 10-20 times a day. I’ve blocked, reported as junk, and downloaded this ineffective app yet I’m still at the mercy of these jackals and vultures.

If it isn’t great then what is it? Is it good? Not good? Is it bad? Not bad? Anyways? Thank goodness for cybersecurity apps like YouMail!

I have used this app for several years. As my needs have changed they have given me the solution. Callers really like their smart greeting. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I've been getting roughly 200 telephone calls a week from healthcare providers, They are contracted by the state of New Jersey to help people change their health coverages and they have 40 different phone numbers YouMail within a week stopped the callls. I used the number out of order Greeting and now I only get a couple of calls a day.
  • My Youmail App is messed up

I’ve used YouMail for years and it’s been great. This month the App on iOS stopped working and when I sign in it tells me I don’t have a paid account when the money was pulled out of my account on 3/4/24. I use to be able to speak to a human being and the customer service was great. That option has been removed.
  • As of 3/1/2024 App Is Dysfunctional

*Update 3/6: Voicemail issue is resolved for now with no changes to my settings. I reached out to my carrier to speak with tech support and they were clueless as to what might have happened as well. Nonetheless whatever happened during those few days did have a a minor impact on my business but I’m glad it was resolved. Rating 4.5/5 *Original 3/2: I’ve been a pro user for 4 years and had minor issues off and on, however for the amount of $$ invested I’d like to know that any issues that arise would be systematically sent without having to email the support team. My voicemails as of 3/1/2024 are going back my carrier voicemail. I’ve checked all settings and no live voicemail isn’t activated on my phone. No changes were made on my end prior to 3/1 so I’m not sure why this feature isn’t working. I have businesses I run and it’s upsetting to know features aren’t fully functioning as an active paying customer for several years. Please provide an update or fix this bug. Thank you! Rating 3/5
