  • Can’t even sign in

I’d love to rate the app but I can’t even sign in. It had me change my password and and turn on the face sign in, all that went fine. But then it tells me it can’t connect to the server and kicks me off the app.
  • Don’t like the new platform with CK

I liked how it updated the balance of what is owed rather then just what it shows once a month on the credit report. Disappointed in this move! Will be finding another platform
  • Cancel Credit Karma account

If you set up a CK account thinking it would be like Mint and you’re not satisfied (like most Mint users), cancel your account. Even if you’re not actively participating and remove your accounts, CK will use you as a part of their metrics when they tell advertisers about their “customers”. Don’t give them the satisfaction.
  • What now?

Extremely disappointed that is app has merged with Rocket Money. Mint was the easiest budgeting app I have ever used. As someone with ADHD, the graphs and charts were extremely helpful. The new version of the app is not at all the same and I’m not sure which budgeting app to use now. 😓

  • Unusable even with Credit Karma login

The app doesn’t recognize my Credit Karma login even though it says that all Intuit accounts are the same. Customer support was very unhelpful.
  • Bring it Back!

Please bring this app back! It is easily the best budgeting application on the market and the replacement (Credit Karma) is nowhere near as functional.

Mint was by far the most helpful tool to getting my financials under control as a young adult. With it gone I am afraid my peers and the next generation will continue to struggle to manage their finances. The new functionality in the credit karma app is nowhere near as effective or helpful as what mint was. If you want to combine apps, I understand, but make sure you don’t lose functionality! Also allow you to set up the credit karma app as Mint 2. Until both of those things are done, please bring back Mint! Gone to soon.
