    I do most of my non-perishable items through Amazon, which is very convenient. I’ve only had to return two items in 3 years and the return process is very easy.

    Amazon used to be legit! Everything I ever ordered would arrive within the specified time frame with the occasional mishap. Now they allow sellers to outright lie, about when the product will be there. You will purchase something from overseas, and they will allow it to be on the “prime” page. It says it will be there in 2-3 days. But it simply isn’t true. It will be delayed days, if not weeks. Yet it still sows as “prime delivery” yes you are being charged for the delivery 39.99. In order to cancel from such sellers you have to jump through hoops. A purchase may look worth it, but always double check. Amazon needs to do better.

    Amazon works fine on my iPad. On my iPhone, all my data is gone! Orders, lists, addresses, payment methods, EVERYTHING! I tried to call the customer service number and the voice recording said there was no live person to help me, and hung up! My family uses this account and we spend many, many thousands of dollars a year on Amazon. I have no idea what to do. I’ve had this account for many years. Why can’t I get a live person?

    9/10 things you order will not show up as expected. They will state delivery of one window, then after you pay, they will change your window. Customer service has become aggressive and unhelpful despite the fact that all issues are caused by their lack of product regulation and oversight. I literally live 30 seconds away from a distribution center and my packages are consistently lost and delayed. You can no longer choose where to return items, customer service will choose for you, no regards to convenience or cost to the consumer. Amazon used to be extremely helpful. Now they seem to be more of a hindrance and less convenient than driving to a local store.

    I wish they would stop saying two day shipping. I’ve been an Amazon prime member for several years and I have never gotten items within two days even if they are in the same area. Today I was supposed to be receiving an item I ordered on the 21st. They said it would be delivered by 9 PM today now they’re saying it will be delivered by the 26 and if it’s not for me to request a refund can’t seem to trust Amazon with, anything they are quick to take money off your debit card for a monthly fee, but they cannot promise you your stuff would be delivered on time. The Federal Trade Commission needs to understand that they do do false advertisements and they also sell stuff online. That’s not approved by state guidelines.

    As if it wasn’t bad enough that they shamelessly added ads to Prime Video, they have now added ads to the Amazon app. Doesn’t matter if you have Pre, you will still get ads. This will be our last year as Prime customers.

    I canceled my subscription like 3 wks ago and I’m trying to figure out why Amazon keep sending me emails talking bout payments when I been removed my bank card from my Amazon account and how is it that they still have your bank info when you deleted from the your account so please make it make sense to me because it don’t and there for it makes me not trust Amazon

    They always say the merchandise is free shipping but when u check out it’s extra fees that apply. Or your paying for prime and still don’t get your items the day. So I cancelled my prime and items I can get locally I just go to the store
