  • Asked for cancellation and refund imm

    I was looking at info and my granddaughter subscribed. I immediately went to cancel on my device by going to subscriptions and it was not there. If then looked up how to get a refund/ cancellation and it said I needed to go through Apple support which I do not understand. I would give 0 stars if it was a choice!

    Took my CP exam today and passed even with only getting to 70% "readiness". I also recommend Quizlet as a resource, but this app helps more.

    This is a good app to use for studying for the SHRM-SCP exam and there were a couple of questions that came up in the exam from the app. However, I do have a couple of callouts. There were a few items that I flagged in the app for various reasons (incorrect answer, typo/confusing, etc.) that gave me a little distrust in the app. There is no follow up either to hear if the questions got addressed. My biggest complaint is that the app significantly lacks situational judgement questions, and the exam encompasses half of them! The creators of this app will definitely need to address this to give test takers a more realistic preview of the exam.

    Although I spent a good amount of time using the app, I found it frustrating to see so many of the questions repeated over and over verbatim. There are tons of questions and scenarios that can be derived from the SHRM-CP prep materials; so much that there is no need for the repetition. Probably more disappointing are the number of grammatical and syntax errors found throughout the application. I recommend hiring a very thorough and detailed content proofreader.

    And this app was a great help. I downloaded the app on June 24 and took the exam in July 8th. I completed 17 tests and answered 344 questions. I used it in full support mode and read all the details when I missed a question. I had also read and studied the SHRM All-In-Ine Exam Guide, 2nd edition. A bit of background- I have over 20 years in TA and HR, and leadership roles, passed the test previously (SPHR) in 2012. I recommend this app!

    I took the SHRM-CP today and received a preliminary passing score. Please don’t waste your money on the overpriced SHRM system materials, use this app instead. I used this along with a study book from Amazon, but this made up about 70% of my studying. Some questions repeated, but not a lot and I feel like the repetition helped nail down concepts. The questions and concepts in this app mirror the actual test questions and help you to think with the “SHRM mindset.” I highly recommend this app!

    I took the SHRM-CP exam in January only using the BASK supplied by SHRM and I failed. I am a terrible test taker. I used this app and reach 100% ready having answered over 500 questions and feel this app helped me pass my recent test in 6/28 but also helped as a study guide when I did not know the language or new terms. I paid for the full explanation and it was well worth it. I did repeat questions but sometimes there were as all of the following or all the following except style questions.
