    Such an amazing resource for people who are vegan or vegetarian. The interface is near flawless and so appealing. There are a ton of amazing recipes. And I love all the added functionalities (grocery list, nourish tab, follow-along recipes and photos). I literally don’t have anything bad to say about the app so far. The price is so reasonable, I would pay more if needed. Amazing!

    There’s definitely a learning curve associated with this app. I wish they’d design something that made sense for people who weren’t cooking just for themselves. Would be nice to have the recipes you select for the week give a meal prep step by step and compile a grocery list for you. Surely there’s something out there. Anyone know?

For years, I've followed the Pick Up Limes YouTube channel, which has been instrumental in helping me overcome an eating disorder. I am deeply grateful for the chance to give back and express my appreciation to everyone who has made this possible. Moreover, the affordability of this app is simply incredible!     I have been using this app since it launched. And all I can say is you NEED this! The recipes are amazing, which is no surprise since Sadia has always created delicious and nutritious meals. I have been cooking PUL recipes for over 4 years. But this app takes it all to a new level. From detailed ingredients (with swaps), step-by-step methods (with cooking timers, yes timers, built in!), stunning pictures, and a nutrition goal setting calculations - this is an app for everyone. From the experienced cook to someone just starting out; from a long time vegan to someone just trying it out…I can’t say enough good things about it 🌱 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Good recipes but there’s some feedback

    I’ve found some really good recipes on here but I think it would be helpful if there was more meal options. Sometimes I feel like there’s a lot of snacks or drinks. Secondly, it would be cool if there was a feature to show high protein meals. I feel like I eat a lot of carbs and want to work on increasing my protein. Perhaps a bit above what is recommended here. Lastly, if the ingredients could have more swap options that would be great. Some things are hard to find or I don’t have them in my kitchen. It would be cool if there was more options. Overall, really cool idea and the design is super cool! Very innovative and nicely done. Such a cool app.

    My husband I are transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle and this app is making it much easier. The recipes are easy and tasty. And the nutritional information ensures we’re hitting our macros. Add to that a shopping list generator and lifestyle blog posts and you have one great app!

    I recently moved to a different country and I was little bit worrying about the food. But this app literally became my lifesaver 🥹 There are so many recipes. And especially, I found three special features very useful. 1. Filter: In the filter, I could include or exclude certain ingredients and search. It really helped me which vegetables I can get or already have could come together. 2. Nutrition: Every weekend, I could just scan my house, check my pantry and fridge, go through some recipes. Then I made meal plan with it, adding recipes into each day in nutrition section. It showed me which thing(dark green leaf, or red fruits, etc) I could add more in my meal plan as I get to plan further and make balance in my nutrition. 3. Groceries: This is amazingly helpful, cuz when I found the recipes, added into the nutrition and made weekly meal plans, I could also added them into grocery list. If I already have some ingredients, I could unselect. Then when I go to grocery shopping, this app shows me two track wise - which ingredients belong to which recipe and what I need to buy in each category (seed and nuts, condiments, non-dairy, etc). So it became easy for me to plan, go to grocery shopping, and cook with more balance! This is basically like vegan’s master all-in-one app with meal planner + recipes + shopping list + nutrition manager. Even before I accepted plant based lifestyle, I could benefit so much from this app using nutrition and recipes. + Pick Up Limes Youtube channel is one of my favorites! It’s just so soothing and giving me good, healthy, positive vibe! I highly recommend you to give it a try for both this app and youtube 😉
