  • App is great customer service horrible.

    They have some good customer service reps but it seems as if you will be lucky to get them. They have no phone support it’s all emails and text. Customer service team will tell you they are escalating situation to their support team. You may or may not hear back from them. The first time they told me the escalated it the guy sent me one message I did what he asked it didn’t work yet I never heard back from him. That was in an email and I emailed him like 5 more times no response. Mind you they are 3 hours behind me. So when I open my original chat at 2:30 my time which is 11:30 their time only one response that was unhelpful is crazy.they are telling me it’s a payment but when I look on the App Store it says I’m good until the 9th of June.. I asked a simple question of what months payment did I miss.. I’m sorry our technical team will look into that for you.. you need a technical team to tell me what months payment I missed?? I’ve been dealing with this for 2 weeks now give or take.. multiple times case has been pushed to technical support.. with nothing solved.. when I first signed up with this company I don’t even think the index part of it was a thing I signed up under sideline.. sideline had the team sharing.. they took that off put it on index added a few more business features slapped a higher price tag on it. I signed up for sideline in either 2015,16 or 17 so at minimum I’ve been spending my money with this company for 7 years.. I can’t get a simple problem fixed and have received some of the worse customer service I’ve ever received

    We use this for our small business and wish so much for a Do Not Disturb option for calls that come in outside of hours. Everything else is great but the evening and weekend calls need a “straight to VM” option please.

    I’ve had the app one day and I’m already ready to move onto something else. My biggest problem is if you are connected as a team you get maybe 10 seconds to answer a call before it gets forwarded to voicemail automatically with their announcement system that you cannot turn off when connected as a team. By the time you answer the call, you barely have enough time to find the keypad to press one to connect the call., 98% of the time it goes right to voicemail. The announcement feature is incredibly useless when not connected to Wi-Fi and again you can’t turn it off. There’s too many steps to make when answering a call within 10 seconds or less so I miss half of the calls during the day. I use Apple calendar and trying to get the bookings figured out, but my phone uses my personal calendar and for the life of me couldn’t figure out how to get a booking for a client sending an alert. The booking section is now useless to me. Overall, I’m ready to start seeking another provider. my biggest reason is the delayed connections on incoming calls and having to press one to connect a call.

    If you like when people steal your time. Enjoy. Tech-support is slow and horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any software. And I work with tons of software. I installed the app last night. Tried to get team share to work. The invitees never received the invite text. tech-support deleted the person I invited from the system while trying to figure out what was going on. Now I can’t get them back in the system no matter what I do. Tech-support now claims after 24 hours too many people have been invited. And that’s why it’s not working. They want me to wait 24 hours and try again. Why the heck can’t they just reset it. They can see who I have invited. I’ve only invited three people total. Some of them multiple times because they never received their text. Invite. However, for the first 12 hours, I only invited two people. No one has ever received an invite text. There seems to be a workaround however tech-support can’t tell me how it works from the other end. Or whether any of my invites are still in the system.

    As a business owner who frequently utilizes the Index app for managing various templates, I can confidently say that it's a fantastic tool for its price point. The simplicity of use is unparalleled, and it has greatly streamlined our workflow. However, there's one feature that could take it from good to exceptional: a search option for templates. With the sheer volume of templates we manage and the diverse range of questions we receive, having the ability to quickly search for specific templates by keyword would be a game-changer. It would significantly expedite our process and make the app even more indispensable to our operations. Overall, I highly recommend the Index app for its simplicity and effectiveness. I eagerly await future updates and hope to see the addition of a search feature soon. So it can be the 5 star app it should be.

    I really enjoy the app but since the merger from sideline to index my logo does not send automatically with my messages. I’ve been waiting for the “bug” fix but it’s been close to a year and still the same issue. When will this issue get fix?

    I’ve tried several competitors and this has won. Sending out blast, text payment links, special text sound and keeping my personal number private was my 1st, goals. I’ve been around several years and it keeps getting g better. When I’ve had a problem, the response time is quick! Thanks for features I’ve not used yet too. Plus when you send group text, the response is directly to you, so others don’t see it! Another great feature and list goes on!!!!!😊

    I am so confused. When I first bought this app, it was transferred over from Sideline. Another words I was told that it was a merger between Sideline and your app ““ index. However, upon having it for at least two to actually four years now you guys have circumvent changed the apparatus in there in which I am being charged way more than previously entertained or contracted. you guys up the pay on the contract or up the payment requirement on the contract without any notice on your behalf, or towards mine. Subsequently I had to let the app go which I’ve had for four years the same phone number because you guys decided to raise the price $10 from 1499 to 2499. Now, the fact remains that I did not sign up for 2499. In fact, I originally signed up for 999. I want to know why it is you guys want to charge 2499 and I have no access to my old line anymore will I get access to my old phone number if I continue my subscription I do not want to pay 2499 because that’s not what the agreement was. I will contact my lawyer if this issue is not Resolved within 24 hours and 99 seconds.

    I was using this app for product sales from my social media, using specifically txt, my account/# was abruptly suspended and hundreds of my txts with customer shipping addresses disappeared. Reason: was told my account was a spam account from the amount of txt going in and out, I did not do a single automated message, every txt was literally typed by my thumbs lol, anyway if u use this app be aware that you can randomly lose all txt msgs
