Easy and straightforward to work on.

The platform is great but when there’s an issue you get zero support and it’s almost as if they are against you and want you to close your shop. I am specifically referring to violations I got six violations on the same type of product due to a platform error I built and designed all of my products, and somehow they all ended up in the wrong category. I was violated to the point where I literally removed everything from my shop and stopped selling until my points went down no matter how much Imyou appealed them, We all know how that goes (automated reply and declined no valid explanation) just a generic response . I was constantly unsuccessful and extremely frustrated. so don’t come crying back when everybody leaves his platform. I sell one product that is sports cards and that is all I’ve ever sold. And people don’t get on live to be harassed by TikTok. It’s supposed to be a exciting enjoyable and something to pacify time. I feel like I’m going to court every time I turn on my computer now.

All of my soaps have failed to get listed. TikTok for over a month cannot explain why. I only get bots that ask the same question over and over.

My shop was closed due to violations and not even sure how to fix. Extremely frustrating

They don't give you a second chance to change your profile, they don't give you a chance to close your account. If there were a zero rating option, I wouldn't hesitate

I was just starting with my TikTok shop and due to a TikTok glitch, it got shut down. After speaking with “customer service”, they informed that my shop is deactivated forever and can not be reactivated. I wish I could give 0 stars because I would.

They removed half of the months in the birthday thing I am born in October and it doesn’t have October
