  • The one hour wait for chapters is gone.

    The main reason I started using this app was because most of the stores I wanted to read on other apps was here and I loved that I only had to wait an hour to read the next chapter or purchase it if I wished. Now they’ve done away with the one hour wait for the chapter to unlock and now it’s either pay for the chapter or watch three ads to continue. I hate watching ads and I really liked the set up before with the one hour wait for the next chapter. I think I will be giving up reading on this app.

    Since the rewards change today I’m only giving one star. And will delete app. Some chapters require way to many coins to read and now have changed and have to wait forever to read. I can buy paperback books a whole lot cheaper. Some of the stories are great and some not.

    I have a few books that I’ve read & one that I’m in the middle of reading. Before the update you could read 1 chapter per hour free or unlock with coins. Now you can only unlock 5 chapters with ads then you have to pay for the rest. None of the chapters are the same amount of coins so I’m not wanting to pay real money for something we used to get for free. Super frustrated.

    I have vowed to only use this app a while ago because it has great stories and I have only paid for the last 20 or so chapter, doable. Now I’ve updated the app and I no longer get free chapters after waiting for so long. I don’t have the auto-unlock turned on but I can’t even find that anymore. Help!!! I just want to finish my stories without breaking my bank account.

    It started off as a beautiful friendship. This app was perfect. I was drawn in by the ease. Watch videos to earn coins, do the challenges, even made purchases cause I though I found the best app of them all. Then I wake up today and the unlock a chapter an hour is gone. Where I used to spend all day watching and viewing, waiting, discovering new books. Now? Nope. No desire to stay on or keep the app. In just a day you’re capped at unlocking five chapters by watching ads. Coin prices changed you get less now for each. I have no will to play on the app and find new ones. Looks like I shall spend NO MONEY on purchasing coins. Mayhap even delete since I can only do five chapters a day. I will find the authors on other platforms or just see if they are on kindle unlimited since it would be cheaper to just outright by the book than waste a single minute on this now horrendous app.

    Just a little suggestion in the app you should get more ways to get coins. The stories that I have read so far is excellent. Coins that’s needed for the storylines are too high.
