This app has some very unethical practices in their subscription charges. I never subscribed for a “web subscription.” I cancelled my app subscription back in March and they have been charging me $19.99 since then. They tried to tell me that I had both a “web subscription” as well as an app subscription. I never signed up for a “web subscription.” I’ve seen way too many people saying the same thing or that they never signed up for a subscription at all. I’ll be looking for a place to report this app immediately.

Not free as advertised everywhere I can see. I understand the need to make money but this company should really consider actually offering their item for free for a trial period. I will not pay for what should be free. I will not sign up for something advertised to be free.

There’s no way to turn off pop up. Every time you open the app, even when you said yes to do the trial, it ask you to subscribe to try it. Scam

Limited content and features. Also, it’s time consuming and complicated compared to other apps.

This app charged me 5 times in one month. I never used the app so these weren’t subscription add ons. Horrible horrible company

Made one video that was 30 seconds which worked well. Tried to make a longer one containing several clips pieced together which is impossible due to the terrible state of the app. When I press play to review video it never actually plays anything. Also never saves my work and/or crashes so constantly having to restart. Terrible app. Would not recommend.

I tried the app and didn’t find it useful so I cancelled my free-trial and deleted the app. I noticed they charged me anyway, $19.99. Annoyed, I double checked my subscription and it said canceled so I disputed it. Apple refunded me and I put the issue to bed. I checked my statement recently to notice $19.99 EVERY MONTH! I contacted their support and nobody wrote back. I logged in via desktop and confirmed no active subscription. Today, they charged me again! I now have to cancel my card and take time from my day to update all my other welcomed subscriptions and services that use my Apple Card. Also, google GeLift and see how many people are complaining about this too. I’m not the o my one being stolen from.

This app cannot handle condensing 3-4 minute video clips into 30-40 seconds. This app glitches constantly, never saves my work, and sometimes will shut down completely when I’m almost near finished editing. I tried to send a message to support before leaving a poor rating because I’m so fed up and it glitches then deleted my whole message to support, as well. I do not recommend this app as functional to even a basic user. It’s super slow, glitches, the touch screen stops working then the app force quits on its own without saving my work. It is not functional or efficient. I’m going with Adobe Premiere Rush. It’s way more worth the money and it’s actually works without overheating my phone.
