  • If I wasn’t forced to pay $100 I’d delete it never use again

I didn’t quite understand how these controls worked and ran out of time to understand them. Tracking isn’t accurate. Never alerts me when my kids get to a labeled destination. Text screening doesn’t work at all. Internet blocking doesn’t work well. My kids are easily finding ways around blocking of apps/webpages. I hate it. $100 is a lot though so I’m going to hope and pray that the software gets better during the year.

Parents please hear me out: As someone who has been through several depression episodes THIS APP MAKES NOTHING BETTER AND INFACT MAKES EVERYTHING 10X WORSE THAN IT ALREADY IS. My parents already check my phone at night and I don’t mind that. What I hate is this app. It monitors everything I do and say on my phone, and will in fact not make your child better but just sneak things around because they have overprotective parents. What happened to trusting people? I understand if your child has depression or something like that but I promise monitoring them just makes them feel like they aren’t even trustable anymore and they never will be. I am just a teen and have never had kids so if I had a kid struggling I would hear them out about what there struggling with instead of hopping to conclusions and blame the phone and treat them like toddlers because they have a problem completely out of their control. To the parents who just want to keep their kids safe please avoid this app and just go through their device because I promise that you don’t need to know every single message or exactly the amount of time they have been on a app. Let the child have the privacy that they deserve. Thanks for reading
  • Kids app made my child’s tablet unusable

Deleted in less than 24 hours because the kids app made my sons tablet completely unusable nothing except a couple of app that work offline would work. I tried to see on the parent app if maybe those apps were being blocked and it showed no activity from the tablet.
  • Works Most of the Time but Has Glitches

Most of the time it works but occasionally will disallow screen time at the beginning of the day when the device should be used. This happens during unrestricted times. The only remedy to this that I have found is to grant 24 hour permission for the day, which is the opposite of how this feature was intended to be used. Be nice if there was a phone number to call versus waiting 1-2 business days for an initial reply. Not great customer service. The reply from customer service was generic and suggested to make the changes already done. There is a bug in this app. No longer recommend it for parents.
  • Cheater!!

Surprisingly, if your spouse is cheating or you suspect they are… use this app. Download the kids version on their phone and you keep the parent app. If your spouse is oblivious and you hide the app off their home screen, you can catch who they speak with, where they go, and much more! Beware: this does change their whole phones VPN (which gives you access) to their data but doesn’t affect it. Other than that, they seriously will not know how your finding out everything they’re doing behind your back. Lol. Good luck! Also, pay the $100 for everything. It’s like paying a private detective, well worth it. I didn’t catch my spouse cheating per say but I did see a lot of p*rn and what p*rn they’re interested in… nothing bad.

Getting used to it. Things were going great… Until you pushed out the latest update. I cannot make a schedule for anything. I can delete schedules but I cannot change or make a new schedule. The save button does not work. 🆘 When this is fixed I have no issue giving a 5 star review. I do like this app and think it is great. Just not after this last update.
  • Not worth the $$$

I purchased this app through the apple App Store with because everything I read on it was what I was looking for. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed! Set up was a pain, monitoring and navigating is a beating! It is supposed to allow me to see my child’s text messages and I have yet to be able to successfully get that to work. I have gone back and forth with customer support with no luck of resolving the issue. I asked for a refund seeing how I sent $100 on the premium subscription which allows access to messages and was told they can not refund me because it was purchased through the App Store and I would have to contact Apple support. Customer support has been extremely unhelpful! I am so frustrated with this app, their customer support and all around customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This pricey app does not do what it says and their customer support will not help you or even refund you for a product that doesn’t work.

It is easy to sign up and challenging to cancel. Anticonsumer practices like this need to stop. It is best to avoid this app and company.
  • Not worth the hassle

I have spent DAYS trying to get this app to work properly on our kids' devices. It's just not worth the money or hassle. It does nothing to help track primary apps like YouTube or Snapchat or Facebook/Instagram. Does not work for many other apps and games. Time tracking is wildly inaccurate because sometimes it counts apps processing behind the scenes. I was scolding our kids for excessive use and finally realized they were telling me the truth! Also, this app developer will not refund a partial year when you finally tire of dealing with them.
