Loved the app so I bought premium, but it’s not recognizing that I bought it. It keeps telling me to get premium again, even after I restore my purchases. What should I do?

I have just started using this app, and so far, it appears to be quite promising as a tool to kickstart organization. One aspect that I find challenging is the requirement to rate the app before even being able to fully explore its features. Ideally, users should have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the app's functionalities before deciding on a rating. This approach would lead to more genuine and comprehensive feedback for the developers to consider.

This is so bad I accidentally subscribed to the premium that was 70$ something dollars which I really don’t get whats the point of it, but I sent them couple emails to refund me and cancel knowing I didn’t even use the app even once. I just want my money back yet no response…

Widgets are not working. I’m a big fan of widgets, especially for productivity so I’ll rightfully give 5 stars after they’re fixed.

    I do not recommend.
  • Fraud alert! Features okay but overcharged me twice

First attempt I took the offer of $8-99 lifetime membership but got charged $59-99 Appledid refund me and I used the free version for next year. Then another offer of $19-99 for lifetime. Since I love the app I tried again and this time was correctly charged $19-99 but my account has not been upgraded and it still shows me the offer. No idea why people give high marks unless I am the only one who keeps being defrauded. Very frustrated

It’s so close to being what I want — two things: 1. I wish the routines could be switched to a “tracking” mode so rather than starting/moving to the next item automatically, I would have to “initiate the routine / mark complete (or skip)” before moving to the next item. 2. I wish I could create a routine regardless of time of day so I could “drag & drop” a into the calendar at any time of day. This would give a lot more flexibility. Right now this is just a calendar… On the plus side, I love the widgets!
  • Waste of Money

I thought this app was ✨it✨but it wont even let me delete routines (gives me the option but then they just pop up again). I have tried deleting each item individually, deleting the whole routine, basically everything. Its just stuck and now I feel like I wasted my money, wish I could get a refund.

Not bad but you can’t see everything as a list and not all calendars sync
  • Amazing!!

I finally found a daily planner that is free and is actually easy to set up and navigate.
