I’ve tried so many times but it wouldn’t work im reporting this saying it was a scam and returning he item

The drone was total crap and now the software crashes when you pick anything

I bought two Sanrock drones and even after connecting to the drone Wi-Fi network and opening the app, no video is streamed to my phone and iPhone controls will not work.Customer service sent me a video showing how to connect and I followed the steps exactly in the app still will not work on my iPhone SE 2020 that’s fully updated. I’m just going to return both drones. What’s the point of having an app to film a video if it doesn’t even work? Horrible app either needs fixed or removed completely!

The app never connected to the drone. Phone connects to the drone network just fine. The drone itself works great. Model # h818

I connected to drone WiFi and then started app; app doesn’t control anything. Disappointed; drone flies with remote control but no iPhone functions. Needs to be removed from App Store.

App crashes. Doesn’t allow you to do any of the controls without the app crashing. Useless app

The drone dose need to have parts secured but the camera works fine, you just have to plug the battery in to the drone and the camera in the drone then turn of cellular data and click the WiFi button in the corner if you go to monitor. Very nice drone for the price.

The app Kept crashing for me when I first downloaded it but for iPhone users you need to connect to the drones WiFi first then open the app and should work fine... worked for me and my god children hope this helps some people

The camera is really laggy, I’ll film for a few minutes and get 1 second of video. Please fix this. Ps I have and iPhone 6

The app doesn’t work at all! You can open it but whenever you click on anything it kicks you out!
