    I tried everything, the camera just don't load when my phone is not connected to a wi-fi. I am creating a hotspot on my wife's phone to be able to see how my dogs are doing when we leave the house. I won't waste money on this camera or app.

    Loved this when I first got it. Use it as a baby monitor. Well all of a sudden one day it stopped recording the clips and now says no SD card detected. So now I can’t know what’s happening when I’m not home to see my kids. Very disappointing. Will be looking at other options.

    I always have a red dot on the “profile” icon. I click it. There’s a red dot in the notice section. I click it and there’s nothing there. It’s always there even after I click it. Maybe that’s why most of the cameras that worked on this app, are now using a different app by a different developer.

    I have been paying $10 monthly for the last few months for the CVR service but have only been receiving the $2 motion only service. I have tried fixing it to no luck. I have tried to find a way to reach the company but there is nothing. I will be getting rid of the camera and canceling service if this persist for the rest of this months subscription.

    And no longer have connection to my digitcam. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the camera and app and installed the latest software update and nothing works. Which is unfortunate as I have had this camera and app since my first born was 1 yr old. Nothing works. It says it’s loading at 90% but then it says it failed to connect. I am at a loss. Might just get rid of it.

    I have a few cameras that I bought to check my home when I'm away. The programming seems outdated now. No update in over 2 years while the iPhone OS is updated all the time, it can't keep up. The cameras are always going crazy and making noise and moving or restarting on their own. Super creepy. I know there is a risk of hacking as with any and all electronic devices but it's uncomfortable. I disconnect them quite often. The microphone doesn't work that well either and it takes forever to load when I click to view one of the rooms.

    Had this app for about two years now and not May problems besides camera will randomly reset and it chimes when it resets and wakes my child up but as of today some kind of update has made the app weird. It’s slow to load the camera monitor and for some reason will say my pass code is wrong twice before saying it’s correct. Please fix whatever bug this is.

    I purchased the $19.99 plan and apple gladly took my money for this app but my app doesn’t update itself. I paid for use of nothing, waste of money!
