The Google One app lets you back up your phone and manage your Google account storage. • Back up the important things on your phone, like photos, contacts and messages using the 15 GB of storage that comes with a Google account. If you break, lose or upgrade your phone, you can have the peace of mind of knowing the stuff you care about is safe on the cloud. • See your storage across Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photos, and easily free up space within the app with the storage manager. Upgrade to a Google One membership to get even more: • Get as much storage as you need for your memories, projects and digital files. Choose the plan that works best for you. • Share your storage with up to 5 additional people. This gives each person access to more storage from your plan, but not access to each other’s files.

  • VPN keeps disconnecting and Photos magic eraser is on and off

    By Flady20
The VPN disconnects my Internet connection all the time and now Google One says they will remove it, instead of fixing it! Also, the Magic Eraser doesn’t always show when editing and today, there was a great feature that suggested what to erase in the background but it only worked for a few mns then disappeared! What’s going on?!?!
  • Infuriating in regards to lack of support

    By Haleyhunt13
Every month my account gets double charged and this month they double charged it and now act as though I don’t have a subscription 🙃 so not only are y’all double charging my card only to not let me use my subscription, I can’t talk to support bc you have to have a membership to… which I do that y’all double charge me for 🙃 every month it’s an issue - google photos is my favorite app but I’ve had nothing but issues with google one and my membership. I’m unsure who’s at fault for the double charging, it may be apple, but regardless - the lack of ability to contact support at all about any of it is in fact infuriating 🙂🙃

  • The VPN is horrible

    By Idontusuallywritereviews927
When connected to the VPN it constantly says I have no internet connection, so I disconnect, let it reconnect, and it works again & I’ll get all my notifications. It’ll also actively disconnect and then reconnect as I’m on my phone, sometimes a few times within the span on 5 minutes.
  • VPN is not good!

    By physic tester
The VPN for Google one is not good at all! It commonly disconnects, displays constant unsolicited spam notifications, and the VPN on Windows make you go into the app, turn off the VPN, and then turn it back on for it to work. Same thing with the mobile version. Sometimes the windows app crashes also. The VPN needs some serious work!
  • Traffic interruptions occur frequently

    By Geek Hsong
When using a VPN on my iPad, I often experience traffic interruptions, which leaves some of my online activities exposed in very dangerous environments. I hope your team can fix this issue as soon as possible.
  • VPN shuts off internet/data multiple times hourly

    By LorienLiz
If you’re getting this for the VPN, don’t. I’ve missed countless time sensitive messages because the vpn just randomly disconnects your phone from any and all networks. No 5g, no lte, no wifi, just no connections at all. I just had to make an emergency call with my iPad because the vpn went down, wouldn’t reconnect, and my phone was basically an iPod touch without wifi access. Yeah, remember those? It’s made me mad enough to leave a review. I thought it was a bug at first, but after several updates, it’s become clear that Google doesn’t care about fixing it. I’m switching.
