    Worst app. Support that just closes the chat... i have a problem for 6 months now i am a top dasher and i have no dash now button. No one can help. Everyone is working and I just watch people carry packages I really hate this app. Hopefully a normal competitor will come to the market and I can work properly Rating 0.

    If you want to experience a company that wants you to work for free 70% of the time, lose money, 15% of the time and maybe make a positive the other 15% when finally accepting a order after rejecting a dozen. I couldn’t even count how horrible Door trash has become, and they take advantage of people with the unhuman algorithm. They set up purposely to defeat you in every way, possible, where you just get used and abused, where interior car, and not pay a penny, for making their company billions yearly. They will make you furious just for the simple fact the only positive with any gig app is the flexibility. When I tell you worse than modern day slavery, that is a understatement. This company charges both the restaurant and the customer when a order is made, and does not give anything but a dollar to the driver which they do everything possible to not pay that dollar as well. Petty & greedy as can be they’ve become. Worst experience ever trying to make a living by far!!!!

    April 17’24 Tried Dashin after clicking on Dash Now. In the span of 1.5 hours, I got one order and made $4.27(20 min active)- 0.00 tip. Do the customers know? Personally my rate would be higher for being a personal courier, and I wouldn’t want less than $10 per client/run. -map feature doesn’t read directions aloud [this was fixed:Currently unable to use the app due to the addition of ID verification process (it’s not working). ] Tried dashing a few times. Went alright but a few hiccups like long route and unidentified location. ***Likes: —Easy to begin and do, —Map/directions in app ***Dislikes: — No time to assess delivery pickup/drop off locations before accepting order. —DD says it’s okay to decline but has a system that says otherwise. — Hard to schedule ahead of time (time slots not available). Scheduled a time slot but didn’t want the route/order offered. — Can’t select orders ahead of time-unable to look up directions or plan for the day. — Poor customer service-either automated & or non-English speaker (poor communication: lack of understanding the issue you ask help for). Took half hour and 3 agents on chat and issue wasn’t addressed. Tried again, agent seemed to understand but still using automated answers. ID verification still didn’t work after following their suggestion. — App encourages phone use while driving.

    I love making money with the app, it’s easy although I can easily see how much money I made. I also want to easily see how many miles I traveled in one data base. Is The dasher app adds total mileage or some type of tracking with the orders that would be amazing but unless the app developers read this I guess it just wishful thinking.

    They are only advertising their good reviews believe that but anybody I know personally or I hear talking about it I definitely will deter them from coming. Here is the worst platform ever for two or three dollars when is better platforms that pay you way more because their prices are feasible and affordable, have a extremely high prices so the customers don’t even wanna tip you barely want to give you a dollar and then DoorDash give you order and you run your gas out

    i got scammed by a fake dasher support agent and never got my bonus i was promised. the real support agents did decent job but had to talk to multiple people to figure out what was going on. be careful scammers are slick. even the caller Id can lie to you.
