Please make this app available on Apple TV please.

I like the camera but the app has constantly been logging me out recently. I also lose connectivity pretty often.

We’ve had the 360 for 6 years and it still works great. Yes, there have been some annoying issues along the way, but the customer service has been amazing. Recently, my camera was not recording and claiming that there was no SD card, there was. I reformatted numerous times and did all the troubleshooting recommended. I finally changed the card and it began working again. Sometimes the notifications aren’t super sensitive as I have set, and I usually get sound only notifications vs motion, but I can deal with that. If you try to talk into it, it’s pretty much a useless feature but I didn’t purchase for that so it doesn’t bother me. Also we have purchased numerous lightbulbs and plugs, the outdoor camera and the doorbell. Not 100% thrilled with the doorbell as it constantly needs to be charged and then reset, so it’s never really hooked up. The plugs are great and I like the bulbs for the most part, but maybe it’s me, I just cannot seem to figure out how to add more mood settings and I don’t really see how there are truly so many color settings, but maybe it’s just me. I do wish they were a bit brighter but overall I’d buy them again. I would recommend almost all their products and I have and even bought 2 360 cameras for friends as baby gifts. Technology will never work perfectly no matter how much we would like it too and these devices may just work better in some areas more than others giving each user a different experience. For someone who is technologically challenged and wants a very easy to use app, which can be used free (unless you purchase a cloud subscription) and super easy setup then this is the perfect place to get your own devices. They will give you your money back if you’re not happy with their products so what do you have to lose? Great products at reasonable prices. I will always support Nooie and I highly recommend them.

Good luck trying to view any sd card recordings it can’t even load it. They kill sd cards on purpose to make you buy into their overpriced cloud service. Try way better cams that use the Elemage app instead!

Nooie camera have been life changing for our family is actually a very good camera to keep track of our little ones !

Internet Connection not Stable, But other devices connected to Modem run with zero issues. Still has Bugs

I was able to sign in on my iPhone without an issue, however it just isn't happening on my Macbook. There are fields to enter your login information, but no option to submit and hitting return just clears the email field.

The video still displays but the audio is no longer working. Their Facebook page is full of the same issues with no response or fix. Some customer service staff even suggested it’s a faulty camera and to buy a new one. This is happening to many users. Fix this Nooie so I can update my review

This app is completely unreliable. I use it to monitor my baby while he is in the living room. The app only works half the time. I’m not able to change any of the settings. Despite the fact it is connected to my Wi-Fi, and I am only a short distance away, the camera will not turn on. I only gave this camera two stars because when it works it does do well. But that is only 40 to 50% of the time.

How can they do business with app only work on one device?
