    Saying this app is bad would be an understatement, I have never used an app that was so extremely non user friendly. It’s genuinely terrible and I hope companies come to realize this so they can put they’re employees out of their misery. -0 stars

    Genuinely an awful app in nearly every way you could possibly think. Horrible UI, not user friendly in the slightest and full of bugs that constantly impede every single task I try to do. New hires at my company have been unable to work, due to this app and despite having a physical book on this app and how to use it, very few coworkers have been able to understand this app. It’s completely nonsensical, convoluted, and generally an awful experience that every level of the company has complained about daily since switching over. Why our company switched to this app, I will never know. All I know is, it has cost us dearly ever since switching to it

    This app would work really good if you worked in a factory. It is not good for dealing with ends and outs of a school district. The other issue has been glitches. You may login and the next time noticed you’ve been logged back out. If this is used to audit, it would be a disaster too many mistakes to be trusted. It could cause someone to lose their job.

  • Can’t open app after update

    The app updated about a week ago, and since then the app won’t open for me. I’m using ios 15.7 on an iphone se2020. No issues until the last update!

    While this app can be useful, it doesn’t work half the time and currently cannot even open the app. This is not abnormal and needs to be more reliable.

    Can’t open app anymore. It just closes when I click on it. I’ve uninstalled it and installed it but did not work.

    I have the same issues as some other commenters. The app is great, however, today I tried to open it and it immediately goes back to my Home Screen. I cannot even see into the app at all. Idk if there was an update or something but pls fix!!

    I started a new job 7 month ago and had to download this app for it. Set up wasn’t to bad, but overall use and being user friendly is probably the worst for any app I have ever used. My management told us from day 1 not to try to use the vacation feature. Just to txt them what days and time we want off and they will put it in due to how many people they have had not be able to figure it out. Every time I update the app I have to re-login and it tries to make me use a different authenticator app for “security reasons” which is fine if it works. It doesn’t, at all work right. The authenticator app it said to use does not work well with this app and 90% of the time when I use it, this app still doesn’t let me login. It’s not just me either, everyone at my plant has this same issue. The thought of finding a new job just so I don’t have to use this app anymore has crossed my mind many many times.
