    •I personally think for the plans they’re too over priced. •The app is a very confusing set up like I still don’t understand where everything is. •I’m currently taking the BURN pills so I’ll see how those work but as of the workouts I couldn’t access it when I was subscribed. •I also didn’t have my meal plan that I paid for in the app like it said I would. **im only doing a 2 star bc the customer support live chat got back with me very quickly and was understanding and nice.

    The work out routine alone is worth the money. But the personalize eating plan you have pay extra for. The app is selling a lot of different programs.

    I love the program, I would just change one thing in the app. I would HUGELY appreciate it if they added the feature to “check off” workouts / days in the toned in 90 days program. It would just make it easier to track which day I’m on. Very minor detail, but would be convenient - just a suggestion :)

    Just started the workout portion today and I find it unrealistic. I typically work out about 5 days a week, mountain bike at high altitudes and find it difficult to complete this. Overall it provides great exercises and routine plus great resources and examples of good diet habits. Hopefully as the program goes on my body adapts better than first day.

    I’m a 53 yr old, avid surfer/athlete, who has been plagued with yearly injuries, for the last decade. I haven’t ever had a difficult time losing weight until recently. With a combination of a severe Tibia/Fibula break, Covid and over all emotional, physical, mental and spiritual stress most of us have experienced since January 2020. For me, this has unquestionably been the most challenging years of my entire life. My previous workout knowledge is from my 30’s and basically copying what others did in the gym. My very limited experience was enough that I have had no problems whatsoever repeating the exercises Vince and his team put together. Every single day is perfectly outlined with a list of exercises. There is a short video on every exercise, with proper form, posture and tips in case you have a bad back like I do. I happened to run across a video from Dr Drew on Easter morning while getting ready for church with my family. I had already heard of Vince and his success, expertise and experience in this field. So it was an easy decision to pull the trigger on a $67.00 package deal that included “ripped in 90 days, six pack shred and the big arms program.” I was honestly surprised at how insanely detailed this package was for less than a single hour of 1 on 1 training that I would have to pay at a gym. I pulled the trigger and I can whole heartedly say that this was the best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to getting into shape and more importantly, doing these exercises right. Proper form is KEY for me due to my body and how badly I’ve taken a beating throughout my life. I’m happily married for the last 15 years and we have a wonderful 12 year old. So if there was ever a time to get back into prime shape, now is it. I even purchased the $67 week meal plan. It’s super basic but PACKED with enough knowledge that anyone can figure out how to make meals that are compatible with the diet. The food swap bible is my go to for anything I need when I want a change. Again, thank you Vince and Ally, my coach, for your advice, support and encouragement to make this journey become a lifelong commitment. Just like everything else I do, it’s one day at time. Don’t hesitate, just do it.
