    I know there’s a lot of thinking behind this app, but it seems to make you eat more than you should. If you’re trying to gain weight, that might be fine, but definitely not when cutting down. It’s also odd the way it handles the amounts of a given food: 1.2 bananas… I won’t realistically chop .2 of a banana to make the number. It’s pretty scientific, but not very realistic/practical.

    I’m trying to figure out why this app cost money when the information is freely available. As far as I can tell, there’s a meal planner that shows you when to eat and gives you back macros to follow. That’s it, and that information isn’t all that useful unless you want to spend $20 a month, on a note taker with reminders. I don’t know if I’m missing some thing, but after a few uses of the app, I figured there’s way better apps to help me with planning workouts and dieting. I love the YouTube channel and all of the guides by the folks putting the stuff together, but the app feels like a total waste of time. I hope I’m wrong but I want meal plans not macros planning. That’s not all that helpful.

    Firstly I hate that I paid for this for a year. The print is small The app isn’t ver easy to use or understand. It makes meeting macros super challenging. There is a sever limit of food brands types nutrition information stored in the database The app needs real help or maybe I need help idk 3/10 probably wouldn’t recommend

    Maybe it’s because the purpose is to preplan meals, but I am not a fan. I wanted to log my macros; this app wouldn’t even let me see an items macros! It was just clunky, and it didn’t explain why I would pull macros from one thing, it wasn’t intuitive.

    I love Dr. Mike and he is my daily cardio podcast but this app is lacking. I love the idea and I really want it to work. Some issues. The rebalance button is lack luster. It sometimes works but sometimes just really offsets your meal. There is no scan option for carbs and fats. Even though you can scan on step one, you should be able to scan at every step. I also set it to lose 12 lbs in 10 week( about) and it pretty much gave me maintenance calories. I know this because I was just on maintenance. Overall I think it needs to be easier to operate and to customize for the amount of money it costs. Now if you are super hardcore and follow it to a T and in only choosing the fats and carbs it recommends, I could see it work but not for the average family man that wants to get savage.

    Decent app, able to track macros and adjust diet as necessary. I continuously had issues with it changing my eating times, my sleep times and would delete foods/meals. It became more of a burden having to change how long I slept, putting meals in being told macros changed. Wasn't for me

    Amazing app and works so well! The diet is so easy to follow! Can’t say enough great things about it. Pairs perfectly with the Hypertrophy App to get your training and diet in order!
