FREE forever. Also check out the PRO features for 14 days. NO Subscription! Get PRO to gain the full power of Sorted³ once and for all. PRO iOS and macOS are separate purchases. You can choose to buy the bundle or separately. Sorted³ has been featured by Apple as [App Of The Day], [Apps We Love Right Now] & [Get Stuff Done] in 130+ regions. We've now rebuilt the app from the ground up to make it even easier (and more fun) to hyper-schedule your entire day from a single place. As you start integrating Sorted³ into your daily workflow, you'll notice 3 foundational benefits: ● Unified Timeline Sorted³ seamlessly integrates your calendar events and tasks into one timeline so you can manage your entire day from a single place. To make things even more delightful, you can take formatted notes, attachments and drawings on both your events and tasks inside the app. ● Effortless Scheduling Sorted³ helps you easily set a schedule for your day, and decide what’s important, what can wait, and what you reasonably have time for. You can use Auto Schedule to figure out what you can realistically get done in a day. Instead of feeling underproductive, Sorted³ helps you set attainable goals that you can accomplish. ● Built-in Flexibility Even when properly scheduled in advance, days don’t always go as planned! Sorted³ is built with that flexibility in mind to adjust to your changing schedule. It's as dynamic as your day, with smart features such as Magic Select and our signature Time Ruler to help you shift things around with a few taps. On top of all these, there are various other functionalities to make your experience more fun and seamless across all your devices: - New Widgets for iOS 16 & macOS Monterey - Auto Backup - Timeline view - iCloud Sync - Powerful repeat rules - Light & Dark Themes - Natural Language Processing - URL Scheme - Siri Integration - And much more! ● Get Sorted³ Today If you've ever struggled with to-do lists or managing your day, then you need to try hyper-scheduling with Sorted³. - Sorted³ for macOS is now available on the Mac App Store! - Sorted³ PRO is also available for Mac (sold separately) To learn more, check our website and blog (sortedapp.com) We love hearing from our users about how much clarity and focus Sorted³ brings to their day. Have you guys just stopped developing this app??? No improvement’s or anything for well good 8 months. Please let us know Well I finally came to the conclusion that the many bugs will never be fixed by Sorted, the syncing, the task disappearing periodically after imputing. Many ppl have noticed these issues but it seems like there not improving when it comes to this part of app The design is very well thought out. I’ve been using since Sorted 2 which I like much more since there was less bugs. But this app should b a 5star for its functionality & customer is good to respond politely too & there not just one word reply’s. But there is so many bugs & instead of adding items to its platform the bugs shud b fixed 1st. From early notification issues to disappearing dates when adding tasks from the wheel that keeps going round & round when opening the app. Every thing else on the app from note taking (even has a undo button )!!! to the creative pop up calendar view. It’s great but NOT dependable sadly & can’t even recommend to others until these bugs are fixed 😞

Will gladly change this review if this gets fixed. I see on their site it has been a known issue since at least the end of January. It's March. I need the calendar integration. Otherwise, the app would be superior.
  • Quality design and pleasant UI

As a notes app, it excels with simplicity but the calendar and task features are the most useful, allowing an integrated approach which most productive users demand from their apps. It’s really enjoyable as a mobile app and I can recommend it. I do want a web app to use at work and this is not yet announced…hoping for the future!

I’m unable to fully use this as part of my workflow because my industry primarily uses Windows operating systems. Please consider a web client!
  • Not integrating with Mac OS Calendar

App does not integrate with Calendar (Mac OS) and Sorted3 acknowledges such. Works fine on iOS, but useless to me if it doesn't work properly on OS.

Design is simple, not distracting or overwhelming. The app being clean may be a personal preference. I also love the ding noise it makes when you do a task. Widgets and all that! :) It’s got everything! The free version is enough. I do wish this app had a iPhone shortcut automation for reading “Today” list in Siri voice. Siri can read the “Sorted Today” list as a command but it’s not a shortcut. I end up syncing Sorted and the iPhone Reminder app so that a text-to-speech shortcut can read me what I need to do in the morning. Vocally. At a set time. The Sorted app is perfect! And it’s good enough as it is. But if they add a Sorted Shortcut to read a to-do list out loud, I feel like it would be a good add-on for forgetful people. :)

I really love this software, but it’s useless if I cannot open the app on either my Mac or my iPhone.

This is superb. I feel so much more accomplished every day. I love being able to visualize my day and realistically look at my “wish of things to do” for the day and what can actually be accomplished given the time in a day. It forces me to prioritize my tasks. I have four feedback points. First, is to link your FAQ or website to the help section where you have the guides. The second is, that when you are moving things around in your schedule view, that it automatically schedules the task to the next available time. For example, if I have a task at 6 o’clock and I move something that was listed as any time and I move it to after my 6 o’clock task, it schedules it at 6 o’clock rather than whatever the next time slot available is. Third, it would be great if we could choose how to display our data on the iPad. The guides how smaller windows like widgets and I assume that is the Mac view. It would be awesome to be able to view a couple of lists at once. Lastly, autoschedule seems to leave a huge gap open in the middle of the day and put a bunch of things at the evening. It may just be a glitch for now. It’s not a big deal because I can move things back up but it defeats the purpose of autoscheduling. Overall, these items are very minor. This app is worth every penny!

Finally a calendar/to do app that does not over complicate things. I love the clean design. It is deceptively simple powerful application that makes me more efficient. It’s a beautiful application!

Calendar access doesn't enable. Moving tasks to another lists just repliates the tasks to both lists. Can't edit the time of the task without toggling the "Time" to off.
