    I really wanted to like this product, but it has been a complete disappointment. I tried two different "Straps 2" and neither functioned properly. Despite keeping the device clean and dry, and ensuring the battery was correctly installed, it consistently failed to take measurements and displayed errors. I followed troubleshooting prompts to no avail. Even after reinstalling the app on both my watch and iPhone, the issues persisted. Additionally, the app itself is problematic; despite setting the wake time to 70 seconds, the monitor still turns off prematurely. There's no "start measuring" button, so you have to position your hands correctly and hope it begins to work, but often, it does not. Trying to tap the screen with my nose to activate it felt ridiculous, especially when I discovered the app had shut down. On the rare occasion that it does start measuring, it invariably ends with an "error: incorrect data" message. They sent a replacement, but it had the same issues. Obviously, they refuse to offer a refund because it's past the warranty period, so I'm thoroughly frustrated.

    I really want to give this five stars. But I can’t, because it doesn’t give me consistent readings. I get 10 to 15 failed readings before I get a good one. And I’m doing the exact same thing The app is telling me to do ( not touching hands not letting your arms touch your body keep hands in front of your chest wear loose fitting clothing make sure skin is dry etc etc ) It’s very frustrating to spend 20 to 30 minutes trying to get one scan. This needs an update badly or I’m gonna need a refund.

    Product works incredibly well. At first I had issues I could not resolve. I reached out to customer support and they provided what I needed to get the band working. I love this band and the functions it provides.

  • Still so glitchy

    I’ve been using it for several months now, and while the idea is great the actual product is sooo glitchy. I keep waiting for updates to improve it but still as of today the same awkward glitches occur. The worst glitch is that the Apple Watch shows one set of data and the phone shows different data! I don’t even understand how that’s possible. Doesn’t the watch gather everything and just share it with the phone? I’ve even retested it and still the data is different, most stats are off by 2%. Same date and timestamp, different body readings. So I don’t know which set of data I’m supposed to look at. My phone says I’m getting fatter while my watch says I’m improving. Which one is it? I think I’ll just go back to more legitimate inbody reading machines.

    I have had this strap for a few months and it barely works. Maybe get one measurement out of ten tries. Their tech needs more work before this is a good buy.

    I was super excited to get my aura strap 2. I tried to take one measurement and it said error. I have not been able to get it to take another measurement. I’m very confused.

  • App keeps crashing, can’t connect anything

    I got my band 2 days ago. The app won’t log into my account, I get errors and then the app crashes so I can’t connect my strap. Luckily, their website states a 15 day return policy. I contacted customer service requesting a refund immediately. Hoping they actually reply so I can get my refund. Don’t buy this.

    Just received this aura band as a gift. Feb 22 was my first measurement and took 3 times to work. Then have only got it to take measurements once. Usually fails to complete the measurement. Now I’m working with tech support. 😐
