First I have been using this app for a couple years and was happy with it. Now after this last update to where you have to pay, it erased all my photos. Very disappointed and will never use this app again.

Collected photos over a couple of years and stored them in the app. Today, when I opened the app, my photos began to disappear one by one until they were all gone. The app has just spent hours backing up data to the Cloud, but what data? All my pics were deleted by the app. The folders remain but not the pics. I see in the reviews that this has happened to many others. Still, SA seems to have done nothing to resolve the problem. SA should refund the subscription cost, since everything was lost. The memories lost were worth farm more than the subscription.

Why have I lost all my albums!! This is the second time this has happened now!! And I have the max on it! This is bull!!

The app works great and able to access my photos on multiple devices. Its hard to know if everything perfectly secure regardless of what app you might choose, but I have no reasons to doubt SA cloud backup. My only wish is that there were more features within the app. Like a slideshow button, or the ability to clip/edit photos and videos. If you want to edit or perform any adjustments you have to move the photos out of the app and then return them to the app.

Stopped taking my photos

What happened to my pics? I’ve been using this app for years. Opened it this afternoon and watched all my pics disappear in front of my eyes. Now they’re all gone.
