  • Set up to frustrate unless you buy gems...constantly!

    By LuluSD
I played this game and really began to love it but it is designed to cause extreme frustration unless you spend money on Gems. I play lotta games and most of them are designed to get you to buy energy to move the game along but the games are still reasonably playable not this one. This one is the most extremely blatantly designed to make you spend money on gems, which get used up pretty fast and you’re back at needing more gems. It is either buy gems or play the game at a snail’s pace. It takes all the fun out of the game. The energy that you can earn naturally is much less than you need to clear a tiny section of very large area. I really regret the money I spent on this. Since It was like extortion. Want to move the game along? Then you better buy more gems. So as much as I loved the game… I could not afford to play it anymore.
  • Game cost

    By OhBoom5
Love it but I feel so frustrated at the same time! I’m giving 5 stars based on the the facts of having a great game, concept and all but omg, please consider reducing cost on green gems or run specials or let coins be exchanged for them. I want to continue playing but it’s way to expensive. Yes, I know you can play for free but I want to play longer than 5-20 min. I will end up quitting if something doesn’t change with cost. Thank you for any consideration with this.
  • Unbalanced game play to start

    By TeenJr
Game play is very unbalanced. You get very little energy that fills at a rate of 1 every 1.5 minutes, and most resources (stone, ice, etc.) is large and requires more energy. They do give you ways to generate energy, but this is still not sustainable, for example, at level 13, max energy is 51 and I can burn through that at this level in 20 seconds. Just not fun when you have to wait for energy refills ...

Love this game. I played Paradise Bay until the very end. Tried several other games and just couldn’t get excited about any of them. Then I tried Klondike Adventures and fell in love. You can work at your own pace and win prizes even if you are on the bottom in the races.
  • This game can get boring

    By Jamie2351
I love this game but if I didn’t have other games to play while I wait until my energy thing builds up then I would say this is a horrible game so another wards this game takes a lot of patience unless you’re dumb enough to spend all your money on diamonds you had better have extra games for back up or you’re sunk lol other than that I truly do love this game, I love the graphics the concept of the game is awesome but they never give you enough energy for the task they give you and no where near enough time to finish the task, I really wish they would fix the problems I have pointed out.
  • Good game

Good game, it’s not hard. It’s a game to past the time when your waiting on something.
  • Really fun, can only play for a few minutes

    By Smudd88
You have to be patient with this game. I have already spent money because it takes so long to get energy, which is guess is the point of the development of this game.

  • Good concept but will probably delete

    By Craigsgirl1127
I like the game. Great graphics, fun side games and overall a lot to keep you busy. Problem, like everyone else says, is the energy consumption. I have thought about spending real money but then decide against it because what I will spend for gems would yield less than 3 minutes of game play. An hour to accumulate 50 energy only to literally spend it all in a second to not even chop down a boulder that takes 90 energy. Right now I am playing the game for about 2-3 minutes per hour. At that rate, I think I am going to get bored of it and end up deleting.
  • Bad support

    By Owlfrog
I’ve liked this game and have even spent some money to play it. However that has changed. After contacting support during one of their recent holiday activities it’s disappointing how they respond to customers. They contact 8 days following your issue to tell you you didn’t have any errors even though their explanation is something that showing a problem. Waste of time to ever utilize support. Lost energy on a buggy game.
