I was very drawn in by the promises and ease of what this app offered. Very slick marketing and some potentially very innovative in integrations. What I found was some of the simplest things such as just recording a video on your iPhone outside of recording in their own app and then trying to add subtitles or even your company logo more times than not did not work. I know less than five separate occasions reaching out to the Technical Support they said they would review and get into it and get back to me. That never happened. This is gone on several times where the Technical Support literally is nonexistent. I would have stayed with this app if they simply would’ve corrected many of the bugs and had the professionalism to just respond with the issues that were going on which were backed up by the videos sent to them. On camera they’re very persuasive, but behind the scenes is a completely different story. At this point, I cannot recommend this app and actually requested a refund.

I tried the big view and it was so very simple and the three temp was great. I loved it. I love how it videotapes me in the script right there was just super super simple thank you.

Sometimes I have audio and sometimes not. It says it is connected. I lost 3 recordings until finally using no microphone. I tried different order to plugging in mic and does not make sense.

Extremely slow and does not provide good results ON ANYTHING! I canceled during my trial. It takes about 15 mins to update a 45 second video and the quality of the features is horrible. I do not recommend.

Huge waste of money. $60 for them to be insanely slow and buggy and also put weird filters on the video that you didn’t ask for.

Just started using and I love how simple and easy it makes making videos look! I like that they also have classes!

I love the idea, but it has lots of bugs while downloading the clips. It takes a while to load the videos when I come back to the app from another app. It’s probably a couple seconds, but in this age of technology were everything is instant, the delays seem like something that should be fixed. Additionally when I download my videos, if I flip the video because the camera is not inverted, a black screen comes for the first couple seconds & deletes the first second or two. Other than that. Great app.
