    Booked a hotel which said $250 and upon checking credit card, it charged $330. Added charges were never disclosed until after payment. Tried calling customer service immediately and they said the booking was no refundable. Tried explaining the extra charges that were undisclosed but to no avail. Also, the $330 was more than any other platform, including the hotel website. So the “discounted staff prices” are a scam

    Best app for Non-Rev travel!!! It will show you the schedules on the route you want and by requesting the load, you get a information from employees from that airline. Real info! Helps me out on my commute so much! I never have problems getting a credit either, I love the idea that we help each other. Customer Service is great too, I had a question and it was answered within that day. 5 Stars, all the way!
