    Hi! I have played this for a really long time and and wanted to make this one suggestion. So I thought chatting with your friends is a good idea (not if inappropriate words) but still I think texting with friends would be an easier way to get more people in raids! And to really be more social with each other. That’s my only suggestion for now! Have a nice day or night 😇!

  • Banned Before My Account Was Even Made

    The game said it was "down for maintenance" when I tried to create an account. I tried closing and reopening the app, assuming it would resolve whatever the issue was. Instead, I was greeted with a message saying my account was terminated for a ToS violation. Right... How do you figure, exactly? I literally haven't had the chance to do anything. I didn't even fully *log in* before getting kicked fully out. All I'm asking for is, 1) An explanation of how and why, and 2) some legitimate assistance from Customer Service.

    Game crashes any time I checks notifications, leave the app, or accidentally swipe up on the home menu. Legit restart the game 15-20 time a day just to play. It’s annoying. And the new party feature is so buggy. It cleared all my teams I had saved. Very annoying. Fix the game. 7 long years and it’s still buggy. PS2 games on a PS4 + subscription run better than this game. Bro it’s 2024 and it still crashes every 15 minutes. Maybe it’s just my phone but this doesn’t happen on my other devices that’s OLDER than my main phone. Legit can’t play without it crashing. Every time I do a raid it crashes. I have to worry about it crashing. I have to close the game every 15 minutes just to get ahead of the game potentially (which it still does) crashing. FIX YOUR GAME.

    When I try to make an account for this app it wouldn’t let me in even when I updated it,deleted and reinstalled It, this app still doesn’t work. I conclusion this is a horrible experience and I’m a big fan of Pokémon so the fact that it won’t let me play makes me very angry
