If you don't see wave height, wind speed, or anything else, please understand it is not our fault but a lack of information at the source. Hence, do not leave (please) a bad review for something we can't fix, as on reviews depends our survival on the market. "We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails" - Bertha Calloway

I use this app often to evaluate conditions for offshore fishing and the live view from select buoys is fantastic. I continue to use other sources for detailed sea conditions and forecasts, but a picture is worth a thousand words! (Premium subscription user)

I rely on the information from the San Luis Pass buoy when planning my fishing trips to the area. It’s current and spot on.

Always check my buoy info before heading out 72 miles to fish at the Jetstream!

Can’t clear notifications without clicking each one. Use to be able to see forecast but now just forced into a new screen where they want you to upgrade and pay. I have no problem paying for apps but I don’t think there’s enough value here. Way better apps out there

Living up here in Michigan among the Great Lakes, I find this extremely helpful as the weather is unpredictable with “lake affect”.
  • Upgraded. Still seeing ads!

New version has so many ads, most buoys important to me have no data, Smith Island is no longer available. I will delete the app.
  • Turned to crap over the winter.

Last summer, I was able to see all of the weather buoys on the great lakes. Finding the relevant ones was a bit of a bother, but once selected ad favorites, it was great. Now, the GLERL buoys are a premium purchase and the app seems to select the buoys that I have checked recently as my favorites (I may check buoys in Florida to see what a hurricane is doing, but most of the time I really don’t care about it). All in all, this app is now pretty useless and it’s going away.
