Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.     I really don’t like exercise but this is simple, straightforward and I can do it from my living room with little to no equipment. Also love the fact that you can substitute any exercise which helps since I’m recovering from a broken arm.

    I’ve dabbled in other apps, but have kept this one for almost 10 years as nothing else provides the type of structure and also flexibility that these programs do. Love the setup and ability to see the plan in the way they lay it out.

    This app is well put together and hits everything important in exercise. I have used many apps and this one is the best. The options are endless. The programs are all challenging and the recipes are the best of any app by far.

    I like the Sweat App and having been using it for years. What I dislike is the frequent bugs that prevents it from loading properly daily. Almost everyday, the app fails to load when I open it prompting me to have to install/reinstall the app. Please fix the bugs as this issue is increasing frustrating.

    I tried a lot of different workout apps but I really enjoy all the different options available. I did have to switch programs to find something more inline with my goals. I wish it had some type of calorie counting system for calories burned during workouts so I can integrate it with Apple Health and MyFitness.
