  • Crazy verification system

While it is supposed to work with netgear router, the whole story of trying to pair them can only be described using very bad words which are not allowed here. Completely unusable and misleading thing with magic verifcation process taking you eventually to the payment page as the only option with unknown outcome.
  • Doesn’t block Chrome book apps

My child has full access to internet and YouTube on his school chrome book. This app does not seem to be compatible with Chrome books and does nothing to block content. Only thing it is good for is shutting down the entire internet on the device which only prevents my child from doing schoolwork.
  • Can’t get into App

It’s impossible to get back into the App after logging out. have nearly a full year of paid subscription and cant use it. Help service was useless, want clients to be IT experts. Don’t get it, there must be better out there.

  • Absolutely Horrible-Do Not Pay For This

I am paying $5 a month to use the parental controls on the router that I own. That alone is ridiculous but add to that, IT DOESN’T WORK. I have everything all set up and then it just quits and returns to the free version of the app even though my subscription is current. This has happened three different times over the two years I’ve been trying to use Circle. So not worth the trouble. My advice is Do Not buy a Netgear router. And if you already did, Do Not pay for this worthless service.

After recent update, Circle stopped supporting Orbi Netgear router. Also, despite uninstalling it, continue to block many websites and apps.
  • Used to be decent, but they haven’t updated in 2 years

Glitches are more and more common and never fixed. Think I’m done.

  • YOUR KIDS WILL HATE YOU

Just don’t. If you’re so worried that your kids will behave badly online, raise them better. That way you will trust them. To all kids reading this, just unplug the white box or connect to a hotspot 😊. Parents, there’s a better way
  • Effective when it works.

I have been using this application for the past few years and has been useful to control my wireless network access. I had to change my phone and now, I can authenticate myself to manage my network. This is the most reported/discussed issue and yet the dev team doesn’t seem to care to fix this.
