    I used to play this game for years. I left about 8 months ago or so. The reason is this. The developers do NOT listen to players. It’s ALL about money. And when I say money… I mean I have shelled out thousands of dollars on a game I used to love, and then they just stab you in the back by not helping you when there’s problems, and screwing you over with a game that is essentially gambling. You don’t get what you pay for. And it’s DEFINITELY pay to play. Well… pay to win I should say. Don’t waste your time and money getting sucked in. I could have taken my kids on vacations. And instead I flushed it down this toilet with this absolutely ridiculous game. I was bladetheexecutioner and was in a top 5 guild. And still nothing we said was acknowledged. And if you spoke out of line on any of the chat servers the people in the Devs pocket harassed you. Don’t do it. Just don’t.

    this game likes to make a lot of big promises, none of which it is able to keep, other than that, it will cost you an arm and a leg to play. they make promises they don’t keep; they make changes to heroes after the heroes have been purchased; heroes that are supposed to work as described don’t; they make changes to heroes in the middle of an event, or whenever they feel like it really. i don’t recommend even downloading this, unless you’re independently wealthy or have a sugar daddy/momma

    *servers consistently down* Tediously hard to play unless you are willing to drop one grand a week. The drop rates are absurd. And long-time players dropping like flies. It’s a shame bc this game could be the best of its kind. But the developers love for money has backfired on them. There are so many things wrong with the game. Sort the reviews by most recent and see for yourself all the 1 star reviews.

    Could you please work on making the old generation cards viable again? For example, I love The Allmother card, but even at double pink stars, she just isn’t usable to any effect. Same with Wicked Witch, Queen of Hearts, The World Tree, and even Erelahs Demon. Her battle skill is to make 8 dark gems? With all the work it takes to get her and she is only Half what you need to make the chamber of the endless and then they are just…underwhelming. Please make the old cards worth it in comparison to the new cards. I want to be powerful with my favorite cards, not just the current ones. .

    Somehow my save that i’ve played for years is gone? I haven’t done anything warranting account deletion (i’ve played this game on and off for years and haven’t invested much time into anything that would warrant a ban) and I cant recover my account at all. Why dont you guys have a log in system to prevent this from happening? I have multiple games backed up through different means; a gmail account, facebook sign in, etc. to run a game purely through the game center is honestly chaotic; i don’t understand how i’ve gone this long without losing everything, but at this point I cant even continue playing without being filled with grief of the years down the drain.

    I used to play this game and then I quit when they changed the currency a few years back. I got sucked back into it to help my old guild with GvG and now that I finally have all the relics to eliminate shields, it’s not enough. Now you have to have a card that breaks 8 additional shields. Regardless of how many shields your relics break, there are 8 shields that cannot be broken without an event card. So, if you don’t have every event card and every relic, you’re screwed for that event. So many players have asked for variety, something to make the game interesting and the only thing these developers can come up with are ways to make more money. It is literally the only thing they care about. Canceled my VIP—again.

    First I want to say that for issues this game has the most responsive and on point customer service I’ve experienced. I haven’t had any back and forth with email communications, but my issues get fixed. I try to be as concise as possible all the time but most devs seem to not understand or hear my issue. And I’ve always spent money, never tried to scam, so that is VERY frustrating. These guys just fix the issue quickly. It makes investing time and money in gameplay much more comfortable. I’ve stopped playing a game I spent way too much money on (embarrassing and jaw-dropping so won’t say amount but 5 figures I’m sure) for this very reason. Very thankful to them. Game play is fun. You def want to join a guild. The game evolves for me over time based on my understanding of it, which is interesting. I really like collecting cards and evolving them. Yes, its a match game but thats just the start of it. Great artwork, too.
