Not access to my voicemail Waste of money Think twice
  • Very weak on blocking neighborhood spoofing

    By VA-customer
This app is good in almost every areas except it just not effective in blocking the neighborhood spoofing. Most neighborhood spoof are typically leaking through, ring for a long time . It only recognizes these spoofs after the phone stop ringing. (What’s the point then?)
  • Stopped blocking

Amazing app i really am glad i purchased this. Although i realize family support is supported the iap purchases themselves are not ? Thats way too expensive to continue purchasing for different devices. Then the support is horrible, i dont want to sit there and talk to a automated bot all day, at LEAST give the option to email an advisor, and lastly if you could at least support IAP sharing for at least 2 people. That makes sense for the 2 parents using it in the household with necessity. Please take my review with consideration & yes i will still be using this amazing application although i don't know for how long if the prices dont go down or the least the ability for iap sharing for 2 people.
  • Spam calls still coming through undetected

    By Tim I Said
Downloaded the app a few days ago and already several spam calls have come through undetected by this app. And a couple of calls did not even appear as missed calls on the app, though they did appear on my phone itself.
  • RoboKiller kills me with laughter

    By Cycle artist
The app is amazing. Ever since I purchased it a month ago I don’t worry about picking up spam calls. Once in a while I get to hear the auto responses RoboKiller provides to the spammers. 9 times out of 10 I end up rolling with laughter at what I hear. If nothing else, those RoboKiller answers to a spammer are worth getting the app!
  • Terrible!

    By IMPD Dave
I use to get 4 or 5 spam calls a month, so I downloaded RoboKiller. Now I get around 10 spam calls a day and RoboKiller doesn’t even catch them! I think RoboKiller must be selling our numbers to the spamers! CANCELED!!!

UPDATE — After I cancelled my subscription customer service admitted that with Sprint the app does not work. They also asked that positive reviews be posted on social media but negative reviews be emailed only to them. Um... no. People need to know that problems exist with this app. Original post: I heard about this app from and friend and was SO excited to try it out. Unfortunately, it’s been a headache for a month. All calls, including spam, are still ringing off the hook at all hours of the day. Also, my actual contacts are all being redirected to a RoboKiller voicemail instead of my personal voicemail on my phone. I have been in contact with customer service several times and they keep giving me new phone numbers to try to correctly install they app but none of them worked. Nor have they directly answered my question, “is this app supposed to filter calls so automated calls and spammers never or rarely actually ring through AND can the app allow my saved contacts and numbers I don’t have saved but are real people who need to reach me ring through and be directed to my personal voicemail if I can’t answer. I’ve been dealing with “Frank” and he seems nice but was utterly unhelpful. He did not respond to my latest inquiry. So to sum up, this app seemed like it would be just what I needed and wanted, but in the end it fell so short I would give it zero stars if I could, and it is not worth $5 to even try it out for a month.
